I am finding my way in the kitchen using the foundations I learned from my mother. I am inspired by the chefs I meet in my professional world, and the fresh and seasonal produce I am purveying for them in my job. I aim to choose at least one seasonal, organic ingredient a week, and create a dish around it.

I cook because it makes me happy. I always do it with love. I am aiming for improvement, but will be satisfied with experience. This is me and my life in the kitchen.
